My practice is located at Townsite Allied Health at 6239 Walnut Street, Powell River, BC. I provide in-person sessions on Tuesdays and Wednesday and online video sessions Monday through Wednesday. I am grateful to continue to provide services to my Victoria-based clients and am open to welcoming new clients, in-person or online.

In 1995, I completed a Masters in Social Work and since then have practiced as a registered social worker in both Alberta and British Columbia. I provide counselling and therapy for individuals and couples seeking greater vitality in their lives. I am skilled in supporting people who are experiencing the impacts of trauma, mental health challenges and problematic substance use as well as those experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss and/or relationship challenges. The variety of approaches that I employ create an eclectic palate through which I engage individuals or couples in creative processes of transformation.

My practice hours are Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10:00AM to 5:00PM. If these times suit you, please do get in touch.

Individual Counselling/Therapy: My fee is $165.00 per 55 minute session. Longer or shorter sessions will cost proportionately more or less than the hourly rate.

Couples Therapy: My fee is $180.00 per 55 minute session. Longer or shorter sessions will cost proportionately more or less based on the hourly rate.

In particular circumstances, a reduced rate may be negotiated.

My services are GST exempt.
